Given the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the first edition of CICLOPE Middle East will be completely online, on July 7th 2022.

Call for entries will be open from April 18th to June 3rd. Submissions have to be made exclusively on this website.

Any production, post production, digital, music and editorial companies, as well as independent professionals and advertising agencies. CICLOPE Middle East honors work made by professionals of the region to be broadcasted in any country in the world, as well as work made by foreign professionals to be broadcasted exclusively in the region. The suggested formats for videos are MPEG4, MPEG2 or MOV files, with a maximum weight of 750 megas. The recommended compression rate is 15-20 Mbits. PLEASE do not include any special characters (& / * / “”) in the name of the file.

English subtitles are mandatory, except for Music Videos.

Please note that all credits and logos should be removed before uploading the video.

If you wish to enter a campaign, keep in mind multiple films should be entered separately.

The complete piece should last no longer than 20 minutes.

Once you have completed you submission entry fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

In 2022, CICLOPE’s judging process will consist of two rounds. The first one is undertaken by the Executive Jury together with the Grand Jury, who watch and rank the entries on CICLOPE’s online platform. The 5 (five) best-ranked entries in each category will be considered finalists. In the second round of judging, the Executive Jury personally discusses the finalist pieces on a Zoom meeting and awards one Gold in each category. On a second conference call, the Executive Jury can also award one Grand Prix for the best work of the year.

The day of the announcement, we will get in touch with the winners to share the good news. Trophies will be sent by mail to the winners the following week.
